Vice President, Business Development at the Great Place to Work^®. Michael oversees business development and account management for multinational clients around the world.  Michael is co-author of The Great Workplace:  How to Build It, How to Keep It and Why It Matters. Previously, Michael led consulting services for the company in the US. He also co-founded and owns Great Place to Work UAE based in Dubai. Prior to joining the company, Michael worked at W. L. Gore & Associates, and the University of Massachusetts. Michael received his doctorate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and also holds degrees from Colorado State University and the University of Southern California.
