Robert Levering

Robert Levering CEO and Co-founder

Robert Levering believes that any company can become a great workplace and wants to work with others who share that aspiration. He co-founded Great Place to Work® in 1992 with Amy Lyman after having written 8 books (7 with Milton Moskowitz) as well as countless articles as a journalist about bad workplaces. He sees himself as a social change activist who started his career as a full-time organizer against the Vietnam War.

Amy Lyman is co-founder of the Great Place to Work®. During her tenure she developed the company’s consulting services in the United States, and oversaw the finance, legal and operational activities of the entire organization.
