Client Engagement Manager
Amber M. Sprague is a Client Engagement Manager with Great Place to Work®. In her role, Amber partners with clients to design, deploy and deliver Trust Index© Employee Survey and Assessment projects as part of a comprehensive long-term strategy to drive culture change. Prior to joining Great Place to Work, Amber held positions in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors across an array of industries including: fine arts, philanthropy, hospitality, healthcare, telecommunications and financial services.
Throughout her roles, she has maintained an active interest in the correlations between good business practices and social/environmental impact. Amber holds an International MBA from IE Business School (Madrid, Spain). Outside of work, she loves learning new things (latest craze: Argentine Tango) and visiting new places (22 countries and counting!).
