talent development, facilitation, and strategic planning. She quickly assesses situations and provides realistic recommendations, combining a creative approach to problem solving with a practical sense of what works and what doesn’t to achieve desired results. Jan holds a Masters in Organization Design and Effectiveness from the Fielding Institute and certifications in the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 Degree assessments and Prosci change management methodology. She lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado with her four talented and inspiring children!
