Kelly Tobin

Kelly Tobin is a Client Engagement Manager with Great Place to Work®. As a CEM, Kelly partners with clients across industries to assess levels of trust, pride and camaraderie in their organizations through the Trust Index©

survey process. She ensures that clients receive the highest level of support and guidance with her experience in survey design, data analysis and reporting. 

In her previous role as a Project Coordinator, Kelly assisted with report production, client support and managing internal projects. She also supported in the production of the FORTUNE "100 Best" and the "50 Best Small & Medium" lists.

Kelly holds a bachelors degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys reading, traveling and playing with her miniature dachshund.
