Senior Training & Development Specialist

Meghan Dougherty, MS, PHR is a Senior Training & Development Specialist and has been with the Great Place to Work® since 2004. She enjoys helping individual managers and organizations understand how to do what they already do differently and better to create stronger relationships and great workplaces. Meghan helps to define, shape, and deliver GPTW’s training and development services and welcomes the challenge of pushing leaders to make the right choice and to recognize the countless benefits of culture work.

When she is not with clients, she works from her home in Pennsylvania where she takes full advantage of the “quiet” that work provides. A mom of two young sons, Meghan spends her free time with her husband and boys exploring their new world.
