Senior Consultant

Rich Dec serves as a Senior Consultant and brings a wealth of experience partnering with North American organizations to design and implement multiple Operational Excellence initiatives to drive  sustainable business results by enhancing  practices, technologies, and culture. 

His expertise and passion encompass culture change, operational excellence, business transformation, leadership development, and coaching.  Prior to joining Great Place to Work^®, Rich was a Client Partner with Evolve Partners and a member of Accenture’s Retail Supply Chain Leadership Team. 

Rich loves to play tennis, read, exercise, listen to music, and get outside with his wife and two children.  He has been known to take his children to many high school basketball games.  He and his family reside in Pennington, New Jersey.  Rich graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering.
