Senior Client Engagement Manager
Stacy Simmons is a Senior Client Engagement Manager with Great Place to Work® and works directly with clients to design, deploy and deliver Trust Index© Employee Survey and Assessment projects. Stacy also partners with Great Place to Work consultants to ensure clients are receiving a sound holistic approach to their workplace transformation efforts. With a strong passion for the Great Place to Work mission, Stacy works diligently to advocate on the behalf of employees, noting that each engagement is an opportunity to impact someone's work experience and ultimately their life.
Prior to joining Great Place to Work, Stacy worked as an independent consultant, specializing in the development and implementation of business operations system for small business owners. Stacy partnered with her clients to create a customized, long-term approach to daily operations that would support growth and sustainability.
