Director, Business Development Team

Lisa Ratner is the Business Development Team Director and is responsible for the business development, management and performance of all US sales activities. Lisa directs a solutions-oriented sales team designed to partner with

organizations to scope engagements that meet their unique needs and business goals – and ultimately improve their culture.

Prior to joining Great Place to Work^®, Lisa managed complex client accounts for several boutique marketing firms specializing in graphic design, online media, strategic planning and branding.

Lisa received her bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont. As a major foodie, you may find Lisa checking out one of San Francisco’s newest restaurants or favorite neighborhood spots, and if you ever need a dining recommendation, Lisa is your go-to-gal!
