Tatia D. Hayes is Senior Staff Accountant at Great Place to Work^®. Tatia graduated with a BA in Accounting from Tennessee State University. Tatia brings over 20 years of accounting experience to her role. Prior to joining us, Tatia spent 9 years as a Engagement Manager Coordinator for KPMG LLP, one of the big four accounting firms and a 100 Best Company to Work For. Having worked for years at a Best Company makes Tatia fluent in the many actions and behaviors that support a great work environment.
