VP Communications, Marketing and Programs

Irene Fuller leads corporate communications, internal communications, marketing and programs in the US. Although an OD professional by training, she has spent the bulk of her career in the technology industry mastering her know-how in product management, product development and marketing.

She returned to her roots when she joined the Great Place to Work® in 2007 and is now enjoying her dream job-- furthering the growth and development of organizations (including our own) and the people who work in them.

Irene holds a degree in Organizational Behaviour from Pitzer College and a Master of Business Administration from Peter F. Drucker School of Management, Claremont Graduate University.

A wary San Francisco Bay sailor, a so-so skier and a highly acclaimed grandma, she notes that she only received modest acclaim as a Mom as of late and is not quite sure if that is unanimously held.
