Director, Strategic Marketing and Research

Leslie Caccamese serves as Director of Strategic Marketing and Research with Great Place to Work®, driving key conversations with leaders interested in building or sustaining great workplaces.

Since 2006 Leslie has occupied a variety of marketing and communications roles at Great Place to Work. Currently, Leslie oversees the research behind our Best Companies to Work For lists, and uses her comprehensive understanding of the drivers of great workplaces and the hallmarks of strong workplace cultures to advocate the role of workplace culture in achieving business success.  With an MA and BA in history from Brown and Vassar respectively, she relies on her experiences as a cultural historian to inform her research and writing.

Leslie lives and works from the beautiful Napa Valley. When not online, you’ll find her hiking, road tripping, and feeding those she loves including her 15 chickens and Larry, the cat.
