Program and Event Manager
Lizelle Festejo manages logistics for Great Place to Work® annual conferences and serves as the Executive Strategy Network’s Community Manager where she plans and facilitates forums for great workplaces to connect, engage and share best practices with one another.
Early in her tenure at Great Place to Work, Lizelle managed assessment projects and contributed to the production of the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For® and 50 Best Small & Medium Workplaces lists. Having worked previously with community-based organizations, Lizelle finds she is motivated daily by the Great Place to Work mission to transform workplace cultures to create a better society. She holds a BA in World Literature from the University of California, San Diego.
In her free time, Lizelle loves exploring the great outdoors, partaking in unique culinary adventures and dancing to Bollywood music with her young niece and nephew.
