Our Action Planning System guides managers through the process of reviewing Employee Survey survey results, choosing focus areas, and taking action.
Action Planning System
- Provides a systematic way for managers to review their department’s Trust Index© survey results and employee comments along with appropriate benchmarks and trending data (for multi-year clients)
- Provides in-depth information on the behaviors that contribute to the development of trust between employees and managers within the framework of the Great Place to Work® Model©
- Presents a structured plan for managers to choose focus areas, develop objectives, identify resources needed, and establish milestones for measuring progress toward creating a great workplace
- Enables senior management and/or Human Resources professionals to collect and collate department-level Trust Index© data to examine overall trends and issues

- Trust Index° survey data is presented to managers via Department Reports (paper-based or online) that include:

- Trending data (for multi-year clients)
- Employee comments from responses to open-ended survey questions
