2005 Great Place to Work® Award Honorees
The Great Place to Work® Institute, Inc. honored 5 organizations during its third annual Great Place to Work® Conference, held April 20-22, 2005 in San Francisco, CA. The five honorees were selected this year with particular attention to a culture-specific practice, program, or collection of programs which exemplifies one of the five dimensions of the Great Place to Work® Model©: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. Amy Lyman, co-founder and President of the Institute and Robert Levering, co-founder, presented the awards.

While GFT is a process for complaint resolution, the RESPECT Program offers conflict resolution. Each is a three-step process that is ultimately taken to senior levels for resolution, and each is viewed to bring a high level of fairness to the organization.
