The CEO has an open-door policy for all employees and conducts company-wide staff meetings semi-annually, reporting on company performance and fielding questions at the end. Employees can ask questions prior to these meetings, giving shy employees an equal opportunity to ask questions.

| All executives answer their own phones and publish their direct phone numbers. Quarterly focus group meetings are facilitated by the CEO and VP of Human Resources, with questions employees ask posted on the company's internal website, VSPNet. The "Dine With" Programs in various divisions brings executive-level managers together with randomly selected employees for casual lunch conversations about whatever employees want to discuss. Executives chat with employees in the hallways and regularly eat and visit the company's cafes. |
