The Business Development Associate is a full-time professional position at the Great Place to Work® Institute. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, this person will respond to inbound inquiries, qualify potential leads, and provide logistical and client service support to the business development and marketing function of the Institute. This position is based out of our Wilmington, Delaware office.
This is a new role at the Institute and we expect that the person who fills it will be comfortable taking initiative and helping to shape this new position.

The Best Companies Project Coordinator is a non-exempt position and reports to the Best Companies Manager. The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support to the Best Companies Team in the production of our US Best Companies lists – including Fortune’s “100 Best”.
The Software Engineer (SE) reports to the Director of Information Technology and is responsible for developing enhancements to our existing Windows applications, moving beyond the conventional architecture to create a modular platform running in a range of deployment environments.
