Associate Consultant

 

Laurel Smylie is an Associate Consultant with the Great Place to Work Institute®, based at the San Francisco headquarters. In her role as Associate Consultant, she partners with clients, guiding them through Trust Index© survey process, ensuring they receive meaningful and actionable data. She also serves an advisory capacity, aiding clients in the creation of effective employee communications and providing program design and implementation support throughout the action planning process.

Laurel's clients vary in both size and industry, ranging from small non-profit to international technology companies.

In addition to her role as a Associate Consultant, Laurel often works onsite with clients, conducting focus groups or delivering workshops that help companies explore what it is that defines great workplaces and how action planning helps to facilitate organizational change.

Laurel carries a degree from UC Berkeley in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
