Erin Liberman Moran
Director of International Operations
Erin Liberman Moran is the Vice-President of International Operations for Great Place to Work® Institute. In this role, Erin is responsible for advising and overseeing the operations in
29 countries worldwide. Erin oversees the Global Management Team, with team members in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Erin currently serves on the Board of Great Place to Work® Europe. Erin started with the Institute as a Consultant and still spends part of her time advising clients on how to transform their workplaces. |
Erin has consulted with clients internationally on strategy development, business planning and performance management. Erin also has experience performing international market assessments and recommending strategies on how to enter new foreign markets, as well as centralizing and standardizing global processes. She has helped to design and implement several Shared Service Centers in Latin America, Asia and Europe. Erin's client list includes small businesses, non-profits and Fortune 500 companies in various industries.
Prior to joining the Institute, Erin was a consultant with Accenture, working on projects for clients related to Leadership Development, Organizational Change Strategy and Training Design, Development and Delivery. Erin speaks both Spanish and French and has lived and worked in Estonia, France, Switzerland, Guatemala and Mexico. Erin has her B.S from St. Joseph's University and her M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, with a focus on Management Consulting. |
