Brent Ross, a consultant based in our San Francisco headquarters, works with senior leaders and managers to prioritize strategies for building and sustaining great workplaces.
Brent has over fourteen years of experience in change management, training design, internal communications, workshop design and delivery, facilitation, and marketing, and he brings this expertise to his work with Institute clients at all stages of their transformation process. |
Prior to joining the Institute, Brent ran a successful consulting practice for seven years where he was exposed to a wide range of industries and businesses. His clients included Siemens Communications, Sun Microsystems, Fair Isaac, Best Buy Canada, Salesforce.com, VeriSign, as well as smaller organizations and non-profits.
Brent is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia. He lived in five countries growing up, and currently makes his home in the city of San Francisco. Brent holds a bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia. |
