Amy Bastuga, SPHR is the Director of Human Resources at Radio Flyer. Amy joined the Radio Flyer Team in 2007, where she has brought her HR expertise to a growing organization whose vision was to create an environment where every employee could say “I Love My Job”. Inspired by the CWO’s vision, she leads the global HR team and has established programs that support the Little Red Rule, “Every time we touch people’s lives, they will feel great about Radio Flyer”.
Amy established her human resources career over the past 16 years, working in several privately held world-class manufacturing organizations. She has held various senior HR leadership roles at Fel-Pro- purchased by Federal-Mogul, Hendrickson-owned by The Boler Company and currently Radio Flyer.
Amy graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development. She received her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from National-Louis University. SPHR certified.
Amy’s past 2 career opportunities have allowed her to work a reduced schedule to provide this working Mom the opportunity to spend time with her son and twin daughters while also contributing meaningfully to great companies that believe in investing in people.
Gretchen Herrmann is VP - Internal Communications Manager at Johnson Financial Group. Gretchen’s primary responsibility at Johnson Financial Group is to ensure communication within JFG is straightforward and easily accomplished. She is also the lead in the annual application for the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For list, and the director of JFG's 40-voice choir.
Gretchen came to JFG in 1987 in the accounting area. Her long career includes a variety of experiences and responsibilities across the organization. In addition to her start in accounting, she has spent significant time and energy in the Marketing, and Training and Organizational Development areas. She has also spent some time as Assistant to the President in one of the banking regions.
Prior to coming to JFG, she taught High School Music and English for seven years. In her spare time she can be found knitting with her iPod in her ears.
Jessica Cross Rohman, M.A., is a Consultant at the Great Place to Work® Institute, based in San Francisco. Through workshop and program design and facilitation, Jessica helps leaders and managers learn from the 100 Best Companies to Work For as they work to build enhanced levels of trust, pride and camaraderie in the workplace. Jessica works with organizations that are great workplaces as well as with those striving to reach that level. In her tenure with the Institute, Jessica has worked with a wide range of organizations representing a variety of industries and sizes, fueling her belief that it is possible for any organization to become a great place to work. Jessica holds a graduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Lindsay Nelson, MSOD is a Consultant for Great Place to Work® Institute, based in San Francisco. Lindsay brings a systems-based philosophy of consulting to the Institute, helping organizations to align workplace culture with strategy and business purpose to enable positive change in both cultural and organizational success. Lindsay has worked with clients in a diverse spectrum of industries on workplace assessment, analysis and the design of action plans. She has extensive knowledge of best workplaces and best people practices, which she employs to help organizations sharpen their own unique practices and cultures. In addition to her work with individual organizations, Lindsay specializes in developing and facilitating learning networks that connect leaders from the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work for® as well as leaders from companies working to transform their workplaces. Lindsay received her MSOD from Pepperdine University, and her BA from Wellesley College.
