Telecommuting may be Popular, But is it Right for Everyone?

True or not, the internet is abuzz with the story leaked by the Huffington Post this weekend that Marissa Mayer, CEO at Yahoo!, has called off telecommuting at the Silicon Valley tech giant. With eyes set on returning Yahoo! (named a Best Company to Work For 2006-09) to its former glory by transforming its workplace culture, the move has certainly raised some eyebrows.

With more than a hundred submissions, we were able to narrow down the contenders to ten lucky finalists. Lessons Learned

I was recently asked to consider the question of what I would do differently if I could start over, at a younger age, yet with the knowledge I have now. Would I do anything differently? There are of course many ‘what ifs’ that I have lived through, as have all of us. Yet I don’t ever imagine going back in time and reliving those events differently. What I do imagine is going forward, and living my life better.
