Amy Lyman: Discusses The Trustworthy Leader

Seattle University and Global Visionaries, the Seattle-based nonprofit that empowers young people to become global leaders, bring leadership expert and author, Amy Lyman, to Seattle to discuss her book, The Trustworthy Leader. Lyman is co-founder of Great Place to Work®, a leading global organizational development firm that is also recognized for producing FORTUNE'S 100 Best Companies to Work For® list each year (2012 list is to be released on January 19th).

The Trustworthy Leader addresses the question: How does a leader's trustworthiness propel an organization to excellence? Through extensive interviews, including with Seattle-based business leaders from REI & Perkins Coie, author Amy Lyman explores the tangible benefits derived from trust-based relationships and explores the personal stories and transition moments that made some of today's Trustworthy Leaders understand their role as leader the way the presently do.
