Pulse Surveys Help Leaders Routinely Monitor the Health of their Organization’s Workplace and Employees’ Level of Trust
SAN FRANCISCO and Denver, Colo. – May 22, 2012 – Wayin, an online social engagement service, and Great Place to Work®, a global workplace culture consulting and training firm, announced a partnership to provide customers with more frequent employee feedback avenues and deeper insights into department or geographic well-being and needs.
Great Place to Work has set an industry standard model for building employee engagement based on trust. In the workplace, trust is built through the management-employee relationship and measured through the Trust Index® employee survey. Together with Wayin, Great Place to Work will offer Trust Index pulse surveys to augment the annual employee survey allowing companies to monitor progress in areas in need of improvement. Great Place to Work supports organizations to develop and implement a remediation plan, using Wayin’s polling technology to check the pulse to measure progress, reevaluate the action plan and ensure it is effective.
“Great Place to Work has administered millions of employee surveys, studying thousands of businesses and has created a proven model for building business performance based on trust,” said Susan Lucas-Conwell, CEO of Great Place to Work. “Our partnership with Wayin enables us to take an immediate snapshot of workplace culture, helping management make informed and inclusive decisions that improves employee engagement and enables business performance."
Through this partnership, companies will now be able to use Wayin’s pulse polling to gather instantaneous feedback and insights from employees which in turn help managers make more informed and inclusive decisions. The pulse surveys will ultimately result in a more vibrant enterprise, innovative products and more satisfying relationships.
