Great Place to Work® US is pleased to announce that Susan Lucas-Conwell has been named Chief Executive Officer of its US Affiliate.
“Susan Lucas-Conwell has the skills, background and experience to lead Great Place to Work® into its third decade in the US market,” said Jose Tolovi Jr., Board member of the Institute. “Susan’s accomplishments as a Business Development and Marketing executive and unique experiences growing organizations to meet market needs; in developing relationships cross-industry and cross culturally makes her the right CEO to lead Great Place to Work® to continued innovation and success in our quest to help every organization become a great workplace”.
For the past five years, Lucas-Conwell has been CEO of SVForum, Silicon Valley’s largest and oldest non-profit in emerging technologies dedicated to education and technology community relationships. Previously, she held executive positions with Cartier International, Bausch & Lomb’s Ray-Ban brand in Paris and with General Mills in the US.

Lucas-Conwell holds an MBA from the Wharton School. She lives in Palo Alto, CA with her husband and four daughters. She assumed her duties in the San Francisco headquarters on September 6.
