Great Place to Work® hosts “Enabling Innovation: Creating a Culture where Ideas Flourish” Conference
Conference included leaders from some of the Best Places to Work in the U.S.Chicago, October 13 – Great Place to Work®, the leader behind creating great workplaces, understands the importance of innovation and the impact it has on a business. By fostering creativity, encouraging cross-functional interactions, creating channels for ideas to be cultivated, and recognizing and rewarding employees for their contribution, great workplaces build cultures where innovation thrives.
The conference, held at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago, focused on innovation as a continuous process that feeds business success and bottom line growth, and featured current and past Best Companies.
