The 2007 list of Best Companies to Work for in Latin America was produced by Great Place to Work® Institute and published in Argentina (Diario Clarín), Brazil (Época), Chile (Revista Capital), Colombia (Revista Dinero), Ecuador (EKOS), Mexico (Mundo Ejecutivo, Reforma), Peru (El Comercio), Uruguay (El Observador) and Venezuela.
The List is based on 9 national Best Workplaces studies carried out in Latin America. Participants in all countries are evaluated with the same methodology and the List is created on the same criteria as national Lists.
More than 1100 companies, or approximately 474,000 employees, have participated in this year's competition. Based on the company's total score, the 100 Best appear on in Latin America List.
