Alicia Lewis

Associate Client Relationship Lead

Alicia Lewis is an Associate Client Relationship Lead with the Great Place to Work® Institute. She develops strong relationships with clients while helping them achieve their goals on the journey to creating a great workplace.

Alicia joined the Institute on a full time basis in 2009, after being involved with the selection process for the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For. In her current role, she educates clients on the services of the Institute and works with them to identify organizational needs in an effort to improve their workplace culture. Prior to joining the organization, she held market development positions in the telecom and biotech industries. Alicia holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and will complete her graduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology this year.

In her free time, when she's not studying for her final semester of grad school, she is known to take advantage of San Francisco's many offerings.  You may find Alicia playing in a city softball league, running on the beach with her dog, frequenting the many farmers' markets, or dining at one of the city's amazing restaurants.
