Holly N. Petroff
Senior Consultant
Holly N. Petroff is a Senior Consultant at Great Place to Work® Institute, Inc. She works with senior leaders to create and sustain great workplaces with a particular focus on workplace assessment and transformation. Holly has worked with a variety of industries, including technology, professional services, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer products and not-for-profit. Some of her current clients include Wegmans Food Markets, TDIndustries, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Vonage, QlikTech and AlixPartners.
Prior to joining the Institute in 2003, Holly was an HR Consultant for Alterra Healthcare, where she traveled the country supporting the hiring and management efforts of local leaders. Holly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology from Houghton College in New York. She was born and raised in New Jersey and currently resides in Cream Ridge, New Jersey with her husband Gregory.
