Jane Weiss

Adjunct Consultant

Jane Weiss, an Adjunct Consultant for Great Place to Work® Institute, joined the Institute in 2004. During her tenure, Jane has led our Learning & Networking Services, where she co-developed and facilitates the Executive Strategy Network, a learning and leadership exchange for senior leaders from 100 Best Companies. Additionally, she has helped senior leaders meet their business goals through improving their workplace cultures and creating higher levels of trust in their organizations. Her last role was a Client Relationship Leader where she was responsible for growing the business.

Jane's areas of expertise, gleaned from twenty years of experience, include: leadership and team development, workshop design and facilitation, designing and conducting organizational assessments, developing and implementing strategic human resources initiatives, action learning, and executive coaching. She is a passionate advocate for the employee voice and for building learning communities across organizations.

Jane's clients at the Institute have included Alston & Bird, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Babson College, Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Highmark and Baptist Health South Florida. She works with leaders from healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, legal, retail and technology companies. Prior to joining GPTW, Jane ran a successful consulting practice and served as the Director of Organization and Leadership Development for CIGNA International. She currently serves as the Principal of Jane Weiss Consulting.

Jane holds a Masters degree in Organization Development from the AU/NTL program at American University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University.
