Jessica Rohman

Program Manager & Consultant

Jessica Rohman is a Program Manager and a Consultant for the Great Place to Work® Institute, based in the company's San Francisco headquarters. In these roles, Jessica designs and facilitates programs that bring leaders from diverse organizations together in order to learn ways to create or sustain a great workplace. Among the programs that Jessica manages are the annual Great Place to Work® Conference, the Executive Strategy Network, and the Best Practices Forum.

As a consultant for the Institute, Jessica has worked with organizations from a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, education, energy, investment, software, hospitality, and manufacturing organizations. Jessica's consulting experiences have focused on the design, implementation, analysis and presentation of organization-level assessments, as well as the design and delivery of organization-specific training workshops for audiences seeking to improve their workplaces.

Jessica holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a graduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has also conducted doctoral studies in the field of Human and Organizational Systems.
