Kristin McDonald Casson

Senior Client Engagement Manager

Kristin McDonald Casson is a Senior Client Engagement manager based out of the East Coast. Kristin works with clients in various industries to assess levels of trust, pride and camaraderie in their organizations through the Trust Index© survey process. Kristin specializes in survey design, data analysis and reporting for companies with complex organizational structures. During her three years at the Institute, her clients have included Genentech, Wegmans Food Markets, Vonage, MEDRAD, and Highmark Inc.

Prior to joining the Institute, Kristin was the Lead Project Manager for the Ethics Resource Center, where she worked with organizations to assess the effectiveness of their ethics and compliance programs. Kristin also managed the organization's partnerships  with other firms and benchmarking initiatives.

Kristin has a Master of Public Administration from American University and a BS in Journalism.
