Leslie Caccamese

Marketing Manager

Leslie Caccamese is Marketing Manager with Great Place to Work® Institute. As Marketing Manager, Leslie works to articulate and publicize the mission of the Institute to potential clients, the media, and the many individuals and organizations that look to the Institute for guidance and best practices on how to build and sustain workplace cultures centered on trust.

Leslie joined the Institute in 2006 as manager of the Great Place to Work® Conference. Under Leslie's leadership, the Conference grew to over 700 executive-level attendees and attracted keynote speakers from renowned Best Companies including Google, Edward Jones, and SAS Institute, among others. As Marketing Manager, Leslie has worked to strategically position the Institute's offerings in the marketplace, cultivate long-term, meaningful partnerships with the media, and engage a variety of initiatives to grow the community of companies who participate in our lists and seek to learn from the Best Companies to Work For.

Prior to joining the Institute, Leslie managed content development for conferences and seminars with Macromedia, Inc.

Leslie received her M.A. from Brown University in 2003 in 19th Century European History and her B.A. in 2000, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Leslie takes full advantage of the tremendous flexibility and balance offered by Great Place to Work® Institute and enjoys working from her home in beautiful Sonoma, California. When she is not at work you can find her tending her garden, singing karaoke, facebooking her family members back in New Jersey, and volunteering as a mentor with Stand By Me Sonoma.
