Molly Webb is a List Manager on our Client Services Team, managing the production and delivery of the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For® and the 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America lists.

Prior to joining the Institute, Molly developed a strong client service background working for companies such as SONY Electronics, Title 9 Sports and California State Automobile Association. She received her bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Francisco State University.

Molly, a Bay Area native, loves the outdoors, and can be found going for a run in Golden Gate Park or hiking in the Sierra Nevadas. She is an avid cook, music lover and is currently trying her hand at ceramics.
