Holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires with postgraduate studies in the Harvard Business School and Kennedy School of Government. Updated training and education in: Six Sigma, Balanced Score Card, Theory of Constraints, Total Production Management and Adaptive Leadership. Twenty years of experience as CEO, including five years as a turnaround manager in a variety of manufacturing and service companies. Besides his native Argentina, Ricardo has worked for eight years in Colombia and India and conducted business relations with companies in the US, Latin America, Europe and Japan. Ricardo was key in introducing Great Place to Work® in Argentina in 2001 and since then has been studying the concept, delivering keynotes and helping companies become great places to work. Castellvi Inc. Argentina (1976-1979) – Represents a US heavy machinery maker, Sales Engineer Ricardo and his wife Graciela have three daughters aged 30, 28 and 18. He enjoys sailing, golf and tennis.
