List Support Specialist
Sorida Klinhormhual has worked on the Best Companies Team since 2008. Sorida works with leaders to guide them through the participation process for FORTUNE's "100 Best" and the "50 Best Small & Medium" lists. At the Institute, Sorida works with clients on a daily basis to answer a wide range of questions pertaining to the Best Companies list processes. Sorida shares her expertise with companies wanting to learn how to get started with a list evaluation, how to administer the employee survey and complete the management questionnaire, and how to receive their data after the survey has been completed. Before arriving at the Institute, Sorida obtained her Bachelor's degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo in Management Information Systems. She worked in the real estate industry for several years before returning to business where she happily landed at the Institute. During her spare time, Sorida loves to travel and enjoy good eats with family and friends. She's traveled to the Philippines, Thailand, China, France, Italy, England, Greece, Canada, the Bahamas, Guatemala and Mexico with plans of more exploration. She also enjoys adventurous activities such as hiking up live volcanoes, river rafting and skydiving. Mostly she enjoys dancing to good music and consuming delicious edibles and spirits with her loved ones.
