John Horky is a principal within Kahler Slater and since 1998 has served in the key firm leadership role of “H.R. Guy.” Known for his strong communication and interpersonal skills, one of John’s chief responsibilities is fostering the unique culture of Kahler Slater. Importantly, he is responsible for staff retention, as well as the recruiting and hiring of new staff for Kahler Slater. Under John’s leadership, Kahler Slater has earned distinction as one of the 50 “Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America” every year for the past 5 years when the list first appeared in HR Magazine.
