Join Great Place to Work® Institute Chair of the Board of Directors and Co-founder Amy Lyman, PhD for an online seminar exploring the leadership traits of "100 Best" CEOs. This seminar will help leaders and managers aspiring to improve their workplaces to understand the characteristics and qualities of leaders in great workplaces, and to apply these lessons to their own leadership situations.
CEOs and corporate leaders frequently receive a great deal of attention, and not all of it is praise for their great leadership abilities. The CEOs of Best Companies face the same challenges as their peers, yet these leaders are more likely to receive positive recognition for the roles they play in their companies and communities. Are the CEOs of Best Companies that different from their peers? How do they inspire the trust and support they receive even in challenging times?
In this presentation, Amy Lyman will cover the key characteristics of Best Companies CEOs, and identify the qualities that differentiate them, consider the choices they make, and the response they receive from their employees and the public. Lessons, data and trends will be shared that may be utilized by leaders at all levels seeking to improve their workplaces.
