Presentation: Creating a Great Place to Work®: Lessons from FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For®

Participants in this session will gain an understanding of the fundamental values and behaviors of leaders in great workplaces, and a deeper understanding of how companies stand to benefit when leaders focus on building trust with employees. An expert speaker from the Institute will review trends and practices from the most recent "100 Best Companies to Work for"® list (as published in Fortune Magazine), using the Great Place to Work® Model© as a framework.

The Great Place to Work® Model© is the basis for selection to the Best Companies lists we produce and was developed based on hundreds of interviews with employees at Best Companies. Participants will learn how trust between managers and employees continues to have a radical impact on both the quality of work life and productivity at the best workplaces.
