Best People Practice© Exchange Session
After receiving their assessment results, managers can identify, share, and learn from best practices that exist within their organization via Best People Practice© Exchange Sessions. Great Place to Work® consultants can facilitate these sessions for individual departments and for the organization as a whole. Best People Practice© Exchange Sessions would require the participation of employees from various job positions, and would be structured to:
- Identify the general qualities of a best practice
- Name best practices currently in use within your organization
- Develop people's ability to recognize the qualities of a best practice
- Develop people's ability to evaluate the usefulness of the practice
- Discuss ways to adapt a practice to one's own culture
- Develop internal sales and implementation skills to ensure the appropriate use of a practice within a new environment

- Workshop Length: 1 day
- Appropriate Audience: Senior leaders, managers and others who are involved in the development and implementation of practices within your organization
- Sessions can be presented in a "train-the-trainer" format
