Interpreting Your Trust Index© Results
This workshop is an analytical and skill-building session that offers training for leaders who desire a deeper understanding of their department and/or organization's Trust Index© results. This session will enable managers to respond to trends identified in the survey results with specific and ongoing initiatives for their team. Participation in this workshop ensures that results are interpreted correctly and used productively. This workshop can also be customized to support the Action Planning Process, with each manager/participant building a personal Action Plan to pursue change within their work group.

- Understand the Great Place to Work® Model© and the role of trust in creating engaged employees
- Learn how to interpret and fully understand organization's Trust Index© results
- Prepare managers for Action Planning with a focus on aligning initiatives with organizational goals
- Review Best People Practices© and lessons from 100 Best Companies
- Participate in a step-by-step review of survey results with an emphasis on identifying key strengths and opportunities for improvement
