Taking Action on Your Trust Index© Results
This workshop enables individual department managers to take action on their department's Trust Index© survey results. Great Place to Work® consultants leading this workshop will present the concepts outlined in the Interpreting Your Trust Index© Results workshop, and will also utilize and provide coaching and instruction around the Action Planning System to further leverage your organization's survey results. Department managers who participate in this workshop will have the opportunity to receive coaching in understanding their own department's results as presented in individual Department Manager Reports, and in developing their own action plans using the Action Planning Workbook.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the Great Place to Work® Model© and the role of trust in creating engaged employees
- Understand and leverage the Action Planning System:
- Learn how to interpret and fully understand department-level Trust Index© results as presented in individual Department Manager Reports
- Create department-level action plans utilizing the Action Planning Workbook, with a focus on aligning initiatives with organizational goals
- Review Best People Practices© and lessons from 100 Best Companies
- Participate in a step-by-step review of department-level survey results with an emphasis on identifying key strengths and opportunities for improvement
