Transforming Your Organization
This workshop builds upon participants' core knowledge of the essential components of great workplaces as defined by the Great Place to Work® Model©, and takes leaders through the key steps along the journey of transforming organizations into high-trust environments. Individual and group learning exercises focus on how leaders transform their companies by covering the steps along the journey and the criteria for evaluating how various programs contribute to building great workplaces, and through consideration of specific examples of the practices employed by best companies in transforming and sustaining their workplaces.
Learning Outcomes:
- Review the fundamentals of the Great Place to Work® Model©
- Develop an understanding of Great Place to Work® transformation principles and the process required to create a high-trust environment
- Apply these principles to specific situations and outline the next steps needed to support organizational transformation
