This highly experiential program provides leaders and experienced managers with the essential communication and relationship skills needed to build and lead great workplaces. Participants will focus on how to develop and sustain high-trust working relationships, strengthen authentic influencing skills, and experiment with constructive approaches to dealing with conflict. This intensive four-day program is designed to produce behavioral insight and changes that will have long-term individual and organizational value and make a concrete difference in attendees' ability to influence the quality of their workplaces. The coaching will be intensive: each small working group will have two facilitators working side-by-side with the participants during 15 hours of interactive sessions.
Learning Outcomes:
- Increase awareness of the impact of your behavior on others and on the establishment of trust
- Produce actionable insight into your individual communication strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Improve your ability to give and receive authentic and useful feedback
- Develop a deeper understanding of group and workplace dynamics and the role they can play in creating a high-trust culture
- Receive individualized coaching and feedback that will enable necessary changes to lead effectively and increase levels of trust, pride, and camaraderie in business lines and organization
Other Information:
- Appropriate Audience: This program is geared toward experienced managers and leaders. It works best when group members do not have existing, direct working relationships with each other. Therefore, we ask that no more than three people from the same company attend so that we can place each person in a separate group during the working sessions of the retreat.
- Class size is limited to provide maximum attention to each individual.
