There are nine product categories that make up our core solutions: analytics and automation, collaboration, data center, Internet of Things (IoT), networking, software, security, video, and wireless.

In the male-dominated tech industry, Cisco supports women in its workforce to develop their leadership skills and increase their impact. One program that supports women in their professional pursuits is JUMP, a nine-month nomination-driven program that focuses on the areas of authentic leadership and strategic thinking.

One JUMP participant describes the positive effect it’s had on her and her motivation, saying, "JUMP created my firework moment…igniting my passion to really go after what I believe in, and also being authentic to myself."

Another woman shares how JUMP helped change her mindset and overcome obstacles. She notes, "JUMP has helped me find my voice, literally and figuratively. I’ve learned that nothing is stopping my path to success except my own lack of conviction and confidence. It was an eye-opening experience that changed the way I behave professionally and personally."

JUMP is just one way Cisco shows its progressive nature – its philosophy and drive to create a caring, high-performance environment keeps employees challenged and driven to thrive.
