Our definition of For All Leadership:
For All Leadership is the driving force behind companies recognized as a Great Place to Work For All.
From its more than 30 years of global employee experience data, Great Place to Work has discovered that For All Leaders show unique abilities and approaches fit for the emerging economy and workforce. Through distinct mindsets and approaches, these leaders provide an environment where everyone has a purpose, can collaborate and contribute new ideas, and has access to the information they need to succeed. In this way, For All Leaders ensure that everybody can create, everybody is connected and everybody can contribute their best. These leaders give their companies and team the agility and resiliency to go farther faster while navigating the impacts of emerging technologies, economic swings, and unforeseeable changes in communities.
Additional behaviors, traits, and qualities of a For All Leader include:
-
Foster genuine human connections within and across diverse teams and people, enabling every employee to bring their best to work, no matter who they are or what they do.
-
Transcend traditional leadership approaches which aren’t keeping up with today’s business challenges nor the growing diversity of today’s workforce.
-
Provide their members with an environment where they can do their best work, develop and grow their own talents, and feel a sense of belonging and pride.
-
Embody emerging mindsets and skills like humility, empathy, creating meaningful connections and learning agility.
-
Create a great place to work for all that fosters the organization’s innovation and agility.
