What happens when I nominate my company?
We'll reach out to your HR contact (if that’s not you) to tell them you think they're great and share more information on how to qualify for our Best Workplaces lists, published by FORTUNE and PEOPLE! To be considered, your organization will need to get Great Place to Work-Certified and have 10 or more employees.
Show your workplace you think they're doing an exceptional job! While nominations don’t increase your company’s odds of ranking on a Best Workplaces list, it signals to your business leaders that the organization is ready to take the next step in using your culture to your competitive advantage. Companies that rank on a list see huge benefits, including national press coverage, increased traffic to their websites, an uptick in top-quality job applicants, and more.
Should I submit a nomination if my company is already Great Place To Work-Certified?
How are Best Workplaces selected?
We select winners of our Best Workplaces lists primarily based on employees' responses to our industry-defining Trust Index© Survey, taken as part of Great Place to Work® Certification. Results from the survey are highly reliable, having a 95% confidence level and a margin of error of 5% or less. Depending on the specific list, we also factor in Culture Brief© and Culture Audit© responses, gathered as part of the Certification process.
What is the deadline to be considered?
