The only free food at custom apparel company CustomInk LLC is healthy food; if employees want to indulge in junk, they have to visit the vending machine. In addition to a newly launched Wellness Initiative, CustomInk has revamped their brand, and re-connected Inkers to the company values. New hires are given a journal to record all the instances when they’ve witnessed the core values - Golden Rule, Ownership, and Innovation - in action. During Peak Weeks, employees are treated to themed events, food, and CustomInk gear to help keep morale high.
