The Best Multinationals in Latin America

We recognize the top 25 multinationals that appeared in the national lists of Best Companies to Work For, published between June 2011 and March 2012.

To be eligible to participate in the list, multinationals must have been recognized in at least three national lists of Latin America in the past year, have at least 1,000 employees worldwide, and have at minimum of 40% of total employees working outside the country of origin (where the company is headquartered). The results are calculated based on average scores for each country, multiplied by the number of employees working in that country. Additionally, you can get up to 25% extra credit based on: the number of countries participating in the national list, and the mathematical equation between the number of employees working in Latin America compared with the total number of employees represented by countries that participate in the region. The higher the number the higher the credit.
