Great Place to Work^® in Latin America

Our work in Latin America began with the creation of Great Place to Work^® Institute, Brazil in 1995 – our first overseas affiliate. Projects quickly followed in Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay and Venezuela. Today we have 9 countries that participate to our Latin America Regional List in 2008.

Based on national lists of the Best Companies in Latin American countries, the Institute has launched an annual competition to select the Best Companies to Work for in Latin America. The first list of Best Companies to Work for in Latin America was announced in 2004, and involved companies from seven Latin American countries.

In 2008, Bolivia opened its offices and starts its first national list. For 2009, our Latin America List will be composed of 10 countries.
